Jane has been tuning my piano for over 30 years. In all the years I have known Jane, her care, patience, and preciseness have been unwavering. Jane is meticulous in her care of pianos and her knowledge of the inner workings of the piano is top notch. Jane has always been patient with scheduling and has always worked with me, even when I was a challenging client with a crazy schedule. I trust her so much that she has had my garage code for many years. 

Jane tunes my piano, keeps meticulous records, and lets me know when things need to be repaired. Typically, she will tune the piano and give the recommendation that at the next tuning we should repair/replace bed etc. Jane is always able to give a thorough explanation of what needs to be repaired and why, in a way that any piano owner can understand. Jane carries her records with her and can tell you what year and month she last repaired XYZ. A piano is a living breathing instrument. It deteriorates whether it is used or not. As Jane will explain to the novice owner, it deteriorates more quickly when it is NOT played. 

I’ve met a lot of people in the piano world. I have never met anyone who knows more about the instrument than Jane.  She takes tremendous pride in her service. She is excellent through and through. Jane has a skill set and workmanship that is representative of yesteryear, in a time where everyone took pride in their work.
